Hello
I just got my Neo interface and connected to Madrix actually appears on the device manager however Still working as demo with the legend No Madrix key can you please let me know what I miss?

Welcome to the MADRIX forum.

If the connected MADRIX NEO will not unlock the MADRIX 3 software, it can have several reasons:

1.) Please make sure the driver of the MADRIX NEO are installed correctly. You can easily check it when you go to the "Windows Device Manager". In the "Windows Device Manager" you should find the NEO without any issue in the cathegory MADRIX Interfaces.

2.) The bought MADRIX NEO is only able to unlock MADRIX 2. You can check this when you go in MADRIX to "Help > About". In the "About" window you will find an overview of the connected MADRIX licenses.
