Hi,
I've big issue with Madrix 5 and Windows 10.
Madrix crash ( don't answer ) when I save my show. Sometimes it works, most of time not.
When I restart the computer, I can save 1 or 2 times and after it crashes again.
Never seen that before ( I'm working with MAdrix since 2012... )
The computer configuration is :

MotherBoard Gigabyte C246M-WU4
CPU Intel Core i7-8700 6 Coeurs 3.20 Ghz
Memory DDR4 Sdram 16 Go 2400 Mhz x 2
SSD 500 Go Sata 2.5"
Graphic Card Nvidia Quadro Pro P1000
Windows 10 pro x64

professionally assembled.
Any ideas?

Hi BASTIAN,

We are sorry for the inconvenience.

Could you please provide some further information about the issue?

1) Where did you save the show? On a harddrive or a flashdrive?

2) Could you please send us a MADRIX Logfile and your MADRIX setup via e-mail (to: info[at]atmadrix[.]com)? To save the logfile please start MADRIX and go to "Tools > Logfile", click the button "Save As..." and enter a name for the Logfile.

3) Which workload does the CPU, RAM and storage have while saving? You can gain those information from the Windows "Task-Manager".

Thank you!

I'm looking forward to hearing from you.

Hi BASTIAN,

Could you please ensure that your client uses the following graphic setting:

Please go to Desktop > Right Mouse Click > NVIDIA Control Panel > 3D Settings > Manage 3D settings > Global Settings > Global presets: > Choose "Workstation App - Dynamic Streaming" > Click Restore > Click Apply

Thank you!
