2 Enttect Datagate MK2

Can anyone tell me how to configure MADRIX to control two Enttect MK2 Datagates? They are both set to a static IP. One is 2.0.0.10 and the other is 2.0.0.11 .

I want 2.0.0.10 to be universes 1-8 and 2.0.0.11 to be 9-16. I have been trying to get this to work for 2 days and I'm stumped. I can get 1-8 to work but not 9-16.

Please help, anyone!
