Help regarding movie heads
Good afternoon guys.
We just opened a club two weeks ago in Bacau , Romania which has a light system composed of led stripes controlled by Madrix 3.0 bought from you.
We were wondering if you could tell or even teach us how can we make movie heads to work in the following scenario: when we play a sound-controlled effect we want our movieheads to follow the same pattern with the same color.

Here is one way how it could work:

Include the moving heads as fixtures in the Patch of MADRIX. Before including them, you would have made sure in the MADRIX Fixture Editor that MADRIX has access to the color channels, but only sends 0 on the channels that control the movement. In this way, MADRIX can send the color data to the fixtures.

At the same time, you control the movement of the moving heads via a lighting console. This time, the console sends only valid values on the channels that control the movement and sends 0 on the color channels of the fixture.

Output data from MADRIX and from the lighting console would be send to MADRIX LUNA via Art-Net. One of the advantages of MADRIX LUNA is that it can automatically merge data from two Art-Net sources using HTP mode.

In this way, you could implement such fixtures. Color data is produced by MADRIX, movement data comes from the lighting console.
