BMP editor

[ColorMaker]

I have designed a LED wall 40 pixels wide x 14 pixels high and want to display bit map files. I tried photoshop converters and corel but not very nice images. I thought of trying an ICON edditor also but no luck. Anyone have a suggestion ?

What you have in mind?
If you are trying to view real images like landscape or people onto your LED´s the 40x14 pixel are just to less, so it do not depend onto the software you use for creating the images.
.
In other cases like just drawing some shapes MS Paint is just all you need
